English / Filipino Congregation

The COBC English ministry meets in Rooms 305-307 of Citimark Plaza, in Sha Tin, Hong Kong. We started in 1994 in the City One area after the Mission Committee of COBC saw a need to assist a small indigenous Filipino group meeting outside McDonald’s in City One. Our group is part of the largest minority group in Hong Kong, as there are currently around 120,000 Filipino citizens in Hong Kong. Although most of us came to Hong Kong primarily for financial reasons, we believe that God in His infinite wisdom has a bigger purpose – to help us know Him and to help others in Hong Kong know Him.
